came back from odac camp yesterday and surprisingly, i found it very fun, though physically tiring especially on the second days. i was lucky enough to be in the same group as sikyin but unlucky enough to have to bear with my period for the full course of the camp. well anyway got to know lotsa new people and i feel happy to belong to group five (blubber!).
i rmb counting down the no. of hours when i got onto the bus on the first day itself, which passed by super fast. played some games, did rock climbing and the various high elements, which were fun but not easy. i was shaking pretty hard on top haha. the camp area was actually the same as my sec 3 camp so everything was pretty familiar. the toilets and bunks were better though. we actually had water heaters and cleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeean beds (dirty pillows) to sleep on!hah the second day was tiring. we did an adventure race from bedok reservoir to pasir ris park from morn to mid-afternoon. did a team biathlon with rachel (my groupmate) and i realised how much i actually like to run/jog without any pressure on the timing. everything went well till it started to rain heavily and my group got drenched because of it. hurried onto the bus which was super cold and everyone was longing to change back to dry clothes. things were very slack after we finished bathing and we got the chance to chill out and play with the people fr0m my bunk.
i was still looking forward to going home though and my group ate MAC breakfast before that =D
all in all, the camp was great cuz we didnt have to rush our bathing time and we had nice milo for supper every night. well okay that shouldnt be the main reason hahaha.
oh and i went to check out sembawang (the music shop, not the place) today cuz my sis told me they're having a 50% discount all cds/dvds/vcds etc and i was pretty excited. wasted my time in the end though cuz the cds are mostly very old and i couldnt find the cd i want.
RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS! the cd came out not too long ago and i shall buy it by this week =DD
