yesterday was fun haha. met alice at amk station dan we went to walk around at amk hub. went to macs to eat mcflurry. =( 570 calories. lol according to the paper lar. haha dan alice so lame. she was like counting the number of mouths to finish eating the whole thing. lol dan she divided 570 by it and according to her, every small mouth of flurry is actually 7+++ calories. that is really alot lar!
reached yck stadium half an hour early. haha dan ben and edmund came. we talked while ben went to shit and change. lol sara and sharon came afterthat so we ran one round round the stadium to warm up first. ziwei and christine came afterthat. with tasmin ziqin and samantha. it was ziqin's birthday! haha they went after awhile though. started the 400m thing first. ran with sharon. lol ong its damn tiring lar! i dunno why but my hands were aching while for the rest, it was the butt.
hahaha clement damn jian. me and sara were like running 400m and we were around the 200m mark when we saw clement walking to the 100m mark. hahaha he actually wanted to race us! which is so not fair cuz we were like dying towards the end already. LOL so me and sara stopped at the 100m mark and he didnt get to race us afterall. lol we're damn smart man.
and clement is actually quite fast. he can run 800m and still win! and he's always smiling. even when we're like last or something. hahaha christine ziwei sharon sara practised 100m for awhile. dan we sat down and talk. bout that stupid action guy. lol super funny.
reached home just in time to watch a cinderalla story.YEAH MAN chad micheal murray super cute wahahha. A WALK TO REMEMBER tonight! must watch okay! very nice wahhaha. i miss mandy moore! =D
