the twins' birthday today!
haha okay so happy birthday to the disgusting ah jia and the errrr not so disgusting but still very mushy ah yong =)
woke up at seven today ARGH. cuz netball starts at 8.30.. anyway training was pretty slack today. there were very little sec3s =/
elia took charge as usual and we ran ten rounds round the court. hmmm i think our speed and stamina has reali de-proved. hai jiayou ppl! we can get back on form one!
haha anyway can see that the sec1s were trying very hard. the criss-cross thing was fun too =)

haha okay training on friday again. cant wait =)
